Welcome to our platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from our online store. By accessing our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Accuracy of Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen resolution and photography lighting.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any price change or suspension of the Service. All payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways.

4. No Return Policy

We follow a Strict No-Return Policy. Once a product is sold and delivered, we do not accept returns for a refund of the purchase price simply because of a change of mind or personal preference. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, subject only to our Exchange Policy mentioned below.

5. Exchange Policy (7-Day Window)

We understand that sometimes a product may arrive with a manufacturing defect or as a wrong item. In such cases, we offer an Exchange Only facility.

Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Timeframe: You must report the issue and request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after the 7-day window will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will process the replacement. If the specific item is out of stock, we may offer a store credit or a refund at our sole discretion.

6. Mandatory Open Box Video for Claims

To protect both the buyer and the seller from fraudulent claims regarding missing items or transit damage, we have a Mandatory Open Box Video Policy.

Requirement: To claim a refund (only in cases of stock unavailability) or an exchange for a damaged/wrong product, you must provide an unedited unboxing video.

Video Criteria:

The video must show the parcel's shipping label clearly before opening.

The video must show the 360-degree view of the outer packaging to prove it hasn't been tampered with.

The video must be a continuous shot from start to finish (no cuts, no pauses, no edits).

The damage or the "wrong item" must be clearly visible in the video.

Consequence: Failure to provide a valid open box video as per the criteria above will result in the immediate rejection of your claim. No exceptions will be made.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier partner delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or incorrect addresses provided by the user.

8. Return to Origin (RTO) and Refusals

If a customer refuses a Cash on Delivery (COD) order at the doorstep without a valid reason, we reserve the right to block that user from future purchases. In case of prepaid orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.

9. User Comments and Feedback

If you send certain specific submissions (e.g., contest entries) or creative ideas, suggestions, or plans, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and distribute them. We are under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence or to pay compensation for any comments.

10. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose.

To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights.

To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall our company, directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits or lost savings, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction specifically in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
