Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We are committed to delivering your products in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and the responsibilities of both the seller and the buyer to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you via phone or WhatsApp to verify the order before dispatch.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed starting the following business day.

High Demand: During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional sales, processing may take up to 4–5 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Generally takes 5–7 business days for delivery across India.

Express Shipping: If available, delivery occurs within 2–4 business days.

Promotions: We may offer "Free Shipping" on orders above a certain value. This will be automatically applied at the time of checkout.

3. Domestic Delivery Coverage
We ship to over 20,000+ PIN codes across India.

Remote Areas: Delivery to certain remote locations, including parts of the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, and rural areas, may take an additional 3–5 business days beyond the standard estimate.

Service Availability: If our courier partners do not serve your specific location, we will contact you to cancel the order and provide a full refund (for prepaid orders).

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation notification via email or SMS.

This notification will contain your Tracking Number(s) and a link to the courier partner’s website.

The tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Handling of Damages and Transit Issues
We take immense pride in our packaging to ensure your products arrive safely. However, accidents can happen during transit.

Mandatory Requirement: As stated in our Return and Exchange policy, an Open Box Video is mandatory to claim any compensation for damages caused during shipping.

Reporting: If you receive a package that is visibly crushed, torn, or tampered with, please record the unboxing immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Undeliverable Packages (Return to Origin - RTO)
An order is marked as "Return to Origin" when the courier partner is unable to deliver the package. This usually happens due to:

Incorrect Address: The address provided was incomplete or wrong.

Unavailability: The customer was not available after 3 delivery attempts.

Refusal: The customer refused to accept the package (specifically for COD).

Our Policy on RTO:

Prepaid Orders: If a prepaid order is returned to us due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will be charged to send the product again.

COD Orders: Customers who frequently refuse COD orders or provide false addresses will be blacklisted from our platform to prevent logistics losses.

7. Address Changes
Once an order is "Dispatched," we cannot change the shipping address. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at our support email or WhatsApp number before the tracking ID is generated.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our product prices are inclusive of GST within India. However, for any specific regional entry taxes or octroi (if applicable in certain states), the customer is responsible for such charges upon delivery. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

9. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, please note that "Delivery Estimates" are not "Guaranteed Delivery Dates." Delays may occur due to:

Extreme weather conditions.

Regional lockdowns or strikes.

Peak festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, New Year, etc.).

Incomplete contact information provided by the buyer.

10. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you haven't received it:

Check with neighbors or your building's security/reception.

Contact the local courier hub using your tracking ID.

If the package is still missing, contact us within 48 hours. We will open an investigation with the courier partner. Please note that investigations can take 7–10 business days to resolve.
