Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please read our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy

As per our company policy, we do not accept product returns. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund.

We only provide exchange services in cases where the product has a genuine defect, damage, or if the wrong product has been delivered.

2. Conditions for Exchange

You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product.

The product was damaged at the time of delivery.

The size, color, or variant delivered does not match your order.


Exchange Time Limit

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery. Any request made after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. Mandatory Open Box Video

We pack every order with great care. However, if you receive a damaged product, wrong product, or any item is missing, an Open Box Video is mandatory to process any exchange or refund request.

Open Box Video Guidelines

The video must start before opening the parcel.

The courier label and tracking ID must be clearly visible.

The video must be recorded in one continuous shot without any cuts or edits.

The damaged product, wrong item, or missing item must be clearly visible in the video.


Please note that without a valid open box video, we will not be able to process any claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong products.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided if replacement stock is unavailable for exchange.

Refunds will be initiated only after our team verifies the open box video and approves the claim.

Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 5–7 working days.

5. Exchange Process

If your product is eligible for exchange, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp.


2. Share your Order ID along with the Open Box Video.


3. Our team will review your claim within 24–48 hours.


4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup of the old product or dispatch a replacement product.

 

6. Cases Where Exchange Will Not Be Accepted

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

The product has been used.

The original packaging, tags, or labels are missing.

The exchange request is made after 7 days of delivery.

A valid unboxing/open box video is not available.

The product is damaged due to customer handling or misuse.
